Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Long holds, unprofessional staff, transferred to someone else if one rep didn’t want to talk to you. Service cut off without notifying that they were cutting service.Service was not the speed promised. When more than one computer connected had a lot of lag, down time. If was gaming, game would freeze up due to lag in service.Billing dates changed monthly so that you never knew what date the charge would post. When I signed up, was told due date was the 7th of the month. Within two months due date changed to 5th. After having the service for a year, we started getting service shut off. When I called and spoke to Terry, she claimed she would run my credit card on file on the 1st of the month and it would be denied. According to the credit card company, charges were not ran until after I would call Fire2wire because I didn’t have service.I would not recommend this company to a stranger and most definitely would discourage an acquaintance or friend from signing up through them.
