Very polite, friendly and helpful. Put in extra time to make sure everything was working properly once they got our equipment installed. Service so far is performing beautifully!

Horrible horrible horrible. Service is always dropping out. The technician always made it out that it is my router and not them they are “pinging” to show I have connection on their end but never not once do they offer to make an appt to come out. I downloaded a speed test not one test I did shows I’m getting what I pay for. I have better connection on my cell data I pay on time every month but never get my dollars worth! At this point it’s kind of like oh well you live in the country so that’s what all you get no other options if you have other options don’t choose Fire 2 Wire they surely take your money every month but you probably only get maybe 15 of the 30-31 days of service!

Quite possibly the worst internet service I’ve ever had. I’ve been in some seriously remote places that have had ten times better service than this. Constantly loses signal, slow slow slow streaming uploading! I’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars on new routers because according to them “it’s my fault” their service is this way. Better to go without internet all together than to pay this kind of money for this nonsense. I literally had to go to cellular service to make this review.... that should tell you something.

i’ve been with these guys for about 5 years, simply because there is no other internet avalible for us. very slow speeds, 300kb/s if i’m lucky. internet recently starting dropping out so it’s even more annoying now. won’t even bother calling them, they will just say that my satellite is out of place and charge me $200 to do maybe 15 minutes of work. complete garbage.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Long holds, unprofessional staff, transferred to someone else if one rep didn’t want to talk to you. Service cut off without notifying that they were cutting service.Service was not the speed promised. When more than one computer connected had a lot of lag, down time. If was gaming, game would freeze up due to lag in service.Billing dates changed monthly so that you never knew what date the charge would post. When I signed up, was told due date was the 7th of the month. Within two months due date changed to 5th. After having the service for a year, we started getting service shut off. When I called and spoke to Terry, she claimed she would run my credit card on file on the 1st of the month and it would be denied. According to the credit card company, charges were not ran until after I would call Fire2wire because I didn’t have service.I would not recommend this company to a stranger and most definitely would discourage an acquaintance or friend from signing up through them.

Several weeks ago I was called on to establish connectivity for a festival out at Woodward Reservoir.. after a bit of recon I discovered one of Fire2Wire's towers in the area and gave them a call. Dealing with this project on top of my day job and school was moderately stressful, but after talking with Bill and getting the greenlight from production, he worked with me to get their equipment installed on my mast ahead of the show.I didn't leave much to do for their installers, but they were quite knowledgeable and as I work in the same industry it was nice to chat a bit while they got everything ready.After I finished configuring my network traffic priorities for the different levels of staff, everything went smoothly throughout the weekend. I will definitely be working with Fire2Wire again in the future!

poor customer service. they have rather long hold times and the attitudes of their customer service reps is something to be left desired. I was calling to inquire about what speeds we have at the shop for my boss and while i get they wont disclose his information without proper credentials when later in the day i finally get him on the line to verify they stop him halfway through and put me back on to chastise me for pretending to put "service owner" on the line when it's not him. it was pretty unprofessional. i Just wanted to know what speeds they offer to see about upgrading his plan or not. is that really how they run a business? comcast isn't a role model
