poor customer service. they have rather long hold times and the attitudes of their customer service reps is something to be left desired. I was calling to inquire about what speeds we have at the shop for my boss and while i get they wont disclose his information without proper credentials when later in the day i finally get him on the line to verify they stop him halfway through and put me back on to chastise me for pretending to put "service owner" on the line when it's not him. it was pretty unprofessional. i Just wanted to know what speeds they offer to see about upgrading his plan or not. is that really how they run a business? comcast isn't a role model
