Great customer service at Firefly. I feel that they went above and beyond setting up my computer. I am planning to use their services to set up my network and server for my dental practice. I feel that they provide huge value added and are saving me money with their knowledge and experience in the industry to help me make informed decisions to select the equipment and software that best suites my needs.

Worst computer experience I’ve ever had. Had my laptop for almost 3 weeks couldn’t fix my issue, (computer recognizing my hardrive). I told them I only had 3-4 weeks before I leave abroad. However, instead of just being honest they kept telling me “we’re ordering parts”. After receiving my computer I called the manufacturer and troubleshooted it within 30 minutes I knew what was wrong. The lack of effort is surprising they didn’t even diagnose it until after the first week. That’s with having a 5 day turn around time. The reason I took my computer to this place was because I thought they would have it done within that time.Overall, if you have an easy hardware or maleware Virus they can probably figure it out. However, if you have a more in depth problem I don’t think they will show much interest or figure it out.Also, I’d like to add that I’m a pretty laid back person and I’ve never written a review before. But, I just don’t want someone in my position wasting there time.
