Worst computer experience I’ve ever had. Had my laptop for almost 3 weeks couldn’t fix my issue, (computer recognizing my hardrive). I told them I only had 3-4 weeks before I leave abroad. However, instead of just being honest they kept telling me “we’re ordering parts”. After receiving my computer I called the manufacturer and troubleshooted it within 30 minutes I knew what was wrong. The lack of effort is surprising they didn’t even diagnose it until after the first week. That’s with having a 5 day turn around time. The reason I took my computer to this place was because I thought they would have it done within that time.Overall, if you have an easy hardware or maleware Virus they can probably figure it out. However, if you have a more in depth problem I don’t think they will show much interest or figure it out.Also, I’d like to add that I’m a pretty laid back person and I’ve never written a review before. But, I just don’t want someone in my position wasting there time.
