"Last Priority" Travel is more accurate. LolI tried twice to redeem a vacation package with them and both times was declined due to technicalities within the terms and conditions. The second time, Nancy gave me advice over the phone, and then declined me when I followed said advice. Apparently I broke the terms and conditions even though she clearly forgot them when she advised me incorrectly.I was declined the second time for sending in two applications within one year, (barely, too) when I had never even redeemed the first one because of a different technicality. I may have been against the "letter" of the law but definitely not the "spirit". But I guess this place cares more about the strict terms and conditions more than helping the actual customer.I get the feeling that the reps are pretty overworked and maybe relatively powerless too. (Although I'm not sure because It shows here on Yelp that Nancy is the "business owner"?) The end result for people on the other side is we end up with an experience similar to going to the DMV rather than being treated like a human and a customer.EDIT:In response to the "Response from owner" below, actually that's not the conversation that happened today. As you can see I sent a second form which was received by you on July 26 2019. It's currently September 2019. Maybe you're having a problem finding my record because you spelled my name wrong. (see image I uploaded here which shows everything above)Also, I tried to make a reservation request last year but the website didn't work. And then your office closed. By the time I could call in, I was a day past the "deadline". Then I was advised to go and get and send another form, which I did, only to be declined again as stated here.

Worst company ever!! They mailed me a rejection letter the first time i requested dates because it was not 15 business days apart however the form never specified, then when i needed to change dates they sent me out a form however never told me the alternate hotel had been found for the date. The envelope was postmarked 5/21 however it did not show up in the mail n i receptive for exactly on 6/10 Nd the taxes were due 6/7. They implied that i was lying about not receiving the travel change and stated i should have called. Wyndham needs to stop giving away these vouchers for customers because it is a complete scam. They do everything possible to ensure you do not get ur mail and reject your requests. Beware!!!

We win the 4 Airline tickets. Me and my husband just came back from San Juan Puerto. We stayed at the El San Juan hotel in Puerto. Everything was set up by first priority travel and they did a great job. We really enjoyed everything.

I thought it was a great deal until the i started to pay attention to detail. They booked us a flight at a ridiculous time in the morning (6am) that was not even nonstop. I then went to view available flights and there it is a nonstop at 8am. They gave me some excuse about their contracts not showing direct flights. Well you should say that before collecting my couple of grand for this trip. I then see there package pricing does not included baggage which of course they sign me up with the package that included NOTHING. I could have done a better job on my own. Silly of me
