Client Review on Fix IT Electronics, Inc.

Feedback:

I brought my phone to this location sometime before April. They fixed my phone, but due to some poor communication, several delays, and a complaint from me, they took $10 off the service. I would have given them 3 stars after this, however, im writing the review now because in october my screen started loosing connection. I could push in a specific spot and it would work. I called the store, explained the issue and how it seemed that it was not plugged in properly. They explained that they couldn't fix it for free as it was out of warranty. The day after Thanksgiving, I was in Philadelphia and the screen completely stopped working. I took my phone to a different ubreakifixit location, they opened it up and discovered the plastic piece that is supposed to go on top of the screen connector was not installed. The tech didn't charge me for the work as he said it was bad workmanship on the part of this location. Ironic that this Chesapeake location wouldn't fix their own mistake, yet another location would do it free of charge. Terrible. I can't give negative stars or I would. This is a poorly managed location and I would think twice about bringing my phone here again.
