The team is very helpful. I came in on a whim because my sim card got stuck in my phone. They were able to remove it quickly and with no damage to my phone. They didn't even have to open up the phone. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience! Haley & Jay made the whole process seamless and easy. My son damaged the front glass, LCD, and back glass on his Samsung S8. The customer service and workmanship all exceeded expectations. His phone looks brand new and everything was completed in less than 2 hours. We will be back to get other items repaired in the near future. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast service!

Staff was awesome. Very helpful. I called around to multiple places before settling on this store. I was the first customer in and they were done before the two hour window. Hopefully I will never need to use them again but I will definitely go back if needed. And recommend them to anyone with a broken phone screen.

Wonderful customer service and would highly recommend! After filing an insurance claim for a crack in my smartphone screen, Verizon sent someone from Asurion to repair it. When he was done, nothing on my phone worked again. The worse part about it is that they refused to fix it. I stopped in ubreakifix and Lauren discovered that they forgot to reconnect the motherboard. So, she fixed their mistake and didn't even charge me! After 3 weeks of fighting with Verizon and their insurance partner, I am very thankful to have my phone back!

Got my macbook pro lcd replaced. Make sure you check your product before you leave. My keyboard wasn't working but they apologized and took care of it quickly. Took a little bit longer than I would've liked but it was worth it. I'd use them again.
