Wonderful customer service and would highly recommend! After filing an insurance claim for a crack in my smartphone screen, Verizon sent someone from Asurion to repair it. When he was done, nothing on my phone worked again. The worse part about it is that they refused to fix it. I stopped in ubreakifix and Lauren discovered that they forgot to reconnect the motherboard. So, she fixed their mistake and didn't even charge me! After 3 weeks of fighting with Verizon and their insurance partner, I am very thankful to have my phone back!
