What would you change about the experience?
Fluper's performance was excellent across the board. They played a crucial role in enhancing post-launch support, providing excellent travel analytics, and helping us adapt to the ever-changing demands of the online booking industry.

In collaboration with Fluper, our primary goal was to create an online booking platform that allowed travelers to search, compare, and book accommodations and transportation seamlessly. It was the best software project management that I’ve ever experienced. Fluper gives me such a great experiance.
What would you change about the experience?
The jury is still out in terms of how many bugs we find in the software. As we finished up, we probably found a few more bugs than I would have liked, but they were easily worked out. I hesitate to say that because software is never perfect and you can find bugs forever. You have to weigh the cost of testing for bugs forever versus actually using the product.

They provided accurate time and cost estimates, which I saw as being extremely promising. I mostly give their head of sales credit for it. We mostly utilized Skype for communication, while Google Hangouts was used for daily stand-ups. We never had issues with language or time zones. We were still able to get answers to all of our queries very promptly, even if some of the team members were separated by a six or seven-hour time difference. Additionally, verbal communication went without any issues. Communication was initially a problem because one of our partners is in India. However, our team in the UAE was able to communicate with the team in India on their own even without our help.
What was the best part of the experience?
The best thing about Fluper is its highly dedicated team that delivers top-notch results to their clients. They clearly understand the needs of clients and according to that prepare strategies which help in efficiently achieving a result. They also provide some innovative ideas that can boost the growth of our project.
What would you change about the experience?
I was highly impressed with the work they deliver to us as it was a great experience to have collaborate with them. In the last of the development process, they also spend time on testing of the product, so that it doesn’t have to face any problem in the market.

We’re a team of two and neither of us is experienced with UX design. We created the app and built a good UI but felt that we could take the platform to the next level with additional gamification elements and a better UI.
