What was the best part of the experience?

It was the best software project management that I’ve ever experienced. Fluper gives me such a great experiance.

What would you change about the experience?

The jury is still out in terms of how many bugs we find in the software. As we finished up, we probably found a few more bugs than I would have liked, but they were easily worked out. I hesitate to say that because software is never perfect and you can find bugs forever. You have to weigh the cost of testing for bugs forever versus actually using the product.

Feedback:

They provided accurate time and cost estimates, which I saw as being extremely promising. I mostly give their head of sales credit for it. We mostly utilized Skype for communication, while Google Hangouts was used for daily stand-ups. We never had issues with language or time zones. We were still able to get answers to all of our queries very promptly, even if some of the team members were separated by a six or seven-hour time difference. Additionally, verbal communication went without any issues. Communication was initially a problem because one of our partners is in India. However, our team in the UAE was able to communicate with the team in India on their own even without our help.
