I want to give a fair review of our experience with Flynaut. Note that I am not giving 1-star, because at the end, we did receive an all right website, but I hope this helps in you taking an informed decision if dealing with this company. We hired them to rebuild our company website.The Good: Initial Sales People (in this case Shadab) is great. Very responsive, kick off meeting went great, very professional, and all starts well. At the end, they did deliver (although after a year of back and forth) an acceptable website.The Bad: As soon as you pay the initial 50%, they assign you a Project Manager. And from here, things really slowed down. First, it seems to me that the PM is not local. She had an accent hard to understand (kind of when you call to a customer service oversees), but more critical, this person didn’t understand what we needed. Our project manager spent endless hours trying to correct same things; they would correct something, and undo something else. This went for months and months, until we had to reach out to Shadab, who ‘apologized’ and tried to solve the issue. The truth is that if you are expecting to work with someone who really understands your needs, this might not be your company. As I said, it was like dealing with an offshore company, which in our company, we tried to avoid. The Ugly: And here is where things got interesting. After project was completed, my wife (who was overlooking the project) left a fair review of what happened. INMEDIATELY, Shadab called her, apologized and offered a 50% refund as a good gesture. We, as a small company, we thought it was a fair offer based on the money we internally spent trying to get the project done. But guess what, that money, after a full-year, never arrived. A couple of months ago, I reached out as owner of the company, and asked about the refund. He said that they would only honor a 25% refund, and then Shadab started arguing that our Project manager was very satisfied with the end-product and sent us a screenshot, and even cced his lawyer so we would not leave a negative review. And guess what…refund was never processed.At this point, I just feel it is fair with potential clients they are aware what our experience with Flynaut was.
