Diane has been a complete dream to work with. She was so patient and helpful in getting us switched from our previous web developer. She was attentive, and made sure that we not only got a website with a design we liked, but one that was even better laid out then what we had. I love how responsive she is by either phone or email. I get answers to my questions quickly, and well explained. When changes are required she is quick to get them addressed. She has helped not only with our website, but with us getting a handle on our google business listing as well as our new FB page.In all I do not think we could have found a better person to take care of our website. I highly recommend going with Diane to anyone looking to either re-vamp a current page, or create a new page.

I have never been much of one to do reviews, but for Diane at Focal Point eSolutions, I am going to make an exception. Our first go around with another web developer was on par with getting a root canal, a real unpleasant experience to say the least. There was never any communication or any sense of urgency to get things done. With a majority of our revenue being generated from our website, this was just unacceptable.After shopping around and reading several reviews, my wife and I decided to meet with Diane. Unfortunately, she was away on vacation and didn't feel comfortable to take on a new project without being able to dedicate all of her attention to our needs. So, we decided to wait, and are we ever glad we did. Diane takes the time to listen to our wants, needs and come up with a game plan. Not only did she hit the nail on the head with her first try, she hit the ball out of the park. We have a beautiful website that is clean, unique and has been working flawlessly from the beginning. In my opinion, you only need to make one call for web development, and that's to Diane at Focal Point eSolutions.
