Feedback:

I have never been much of one to do reviews, but for Diane at Focal Point eSolutions, I am going to make an exception. Our first go around with another web developer was on par with getting a root canal, a real unpleasant experience to say the least. There was never any communication or any sense of urgency to get things done. With a majority of our revenue being generated from our website, this was just unacceptable.After shopping around and reading several reviews, my wife and I decided to meet with Diane. Unfortunately, she was away on vacation and didn't feel comfortable to take on a new project without being able to dedicate all of her attention to our needs. So, we decided to wait, and are we ever glad we did. Diane takes the time to listen to our wants, needs and come up with a game plan. Not only did she hit the nail on the head with her first try, she hit the ball out of the park. We have a beautiful website that is clean, unique and has been working flawlessly from the beginning. In my opinion, you only need to make one call for web development, and that's to Diane at Focal Point eSolutions.
