We began working with Followbright about 18 months ago. We initially contacted them about a website update but, after some discussion, Erin suggested we step back and review our overall communication and customer pipeline. It took us about 6 months to complete the process, but the results have been extraordinary. Prospects arrive at our doorstep already passionate and well informed about what we do. We used to spend tens of thousands of dollars on 'bad' prospects and hundreds of man-hours doing the hard work of weeding them out.
