Last year my legal journal, the Texas Law Review, worked with Followbright to completely rebuild our website. These guys are great to work with and they do an awesome job.Followbright really took the time and to understand our unique needs and the site that we were hoping to end up with. From our first conversation the team worked to get to know us, the demographic we hope to reach, and the feel that we wanted our site to convey. As we worked through the design phase we were never without input, options, and experience-based advise. We got to build the site that we imagined, and nothing was from a cookie cutter—everything was custom built to match our aspirations and needs.We’re perfectionists, and Followbright was willing to hang right there with us. Before the site’s launch we spent weeks tweaking tiny details of fonts, box widths, and other minutia. Followbright put in hours and hours making sure that when the site launched it was exactly what we wanted, and that we were completely happy with it. No nit was too small to pick, and the team was responsive, creative, and easy to work with throughout.Most importantly, Followbright built us a beautiful site. The aesthetics are clean and elegant, the organization is simple and intuitive, and the functionality is great. We began working with Followbright about 18 months ago. We initially contacted them about a website update but, after some discussion, Erin suggested we step back and review our overall communication and customer pipeline.
