Spent about $15,000. Company would not support me after the website was finished, stating that I must purchase a very large monthly retainer.Worse yet, our conversion rate on the new site is down 70%, resulting in fewer leads and sales. We've been forced to lay off 60% of our staff. Our PPC cost has doubled.I did like the initial design of the site, however, much more work should have been done in making sure the site actually performed better than the old site.
