Feedback:

Tonight I bought a £7 day pass to use the gym and code for the door didn’t even work! So I pressed the call button to speak to someone, and the guy tells me that sometimes you have to wait up to 30 mins for the code to activate the door!? So I wait for half an hour outside and try again, and the code still doesn’t let me in!! I used the keypad to try and attract a member of staff but there was no one on site. So basically I wasted my evening and lost £7. What an absolute joke!!
