Feedback:

Nice you can check out all the cars while you wait for your baby to be delivered , great experience loving my tesla

Feedback:

Saw some bad reviews about the whole process earlier but I have to say this was by far my best experience buying a car and I've bought about 6 cars over the past 8 years. Great customer service

Feedback:

I gotta love this place my baby works there

Feedback:

Hands down one of the best jobs Ive had the pleasure of being assigned to. Gabe is great guy , he was who we reported to upon arrival. Tesla X is my dream car for sure. Love love love this place..

Feedback:

I read the reviews here first and was bracing for the worse. But surprisingly, everything went great. When they delivered the car, it was well detailed and smelled great inside (I bought a used Tesla) and there was a rep showing me the features and one that was wiping down the car as we left our fingerprints on it. The only complaint I have is that my car was missing a front floor mat on the drivers side and one of the fobs didn't work. It's been a week and I've called 3 times about it and still no response. I'm thinking of driving down there and just getting in front of someone who can reprogram my fob to work and get me the floor mat. Anyway, I love my Tesla. Better than anything I've ever driven.

Sweet place.

Feedback:

Terrible place. Stay away. Incompetent, loud and dangerous.

The pick up experience was amazing however the follow through leaves much to be desired. My Model 3 had a lot of paint issues, but with a buff and polish it hid it. I didn't see it until it sat in the sun for a day and whatever chemical used came through the clear coat and it was HORRIBLE! I tried calling them (MDR Location) 12 hrs later and was told that I would receive a call back later that day.... Nothing! I called 3 more times during the week and was assured I'd received a call back that day and each time... Nothing. I got lucky and stumbled on the repair department and they were very accommodating and set me up for an appointment right away. I dropped the car off today only to be told that "They have ever see anything like it; EVER!" Looks like I'll be without my Model 3 for about 4 weeks as it most likely will need to be repainted. I called again to speak with a manager (In MDR) regarding my delivery and was told WOW, we will for sure have someone call you back today.. Guess what.. NOTHING! Disclosure: I found out that when you call the delivery center it goes to the call center in Vegas who communicates with the actual delivery center. But regardless, No one is calling me back! The only reason it's not lower than 2 starts is the fact that the car is amazing! The service center is handling things well but wish I could just get a response from someone, anyone that was involved in the sales process! My alternative is taking time off work to drive down and leave the car with them. I don't trust that process one bit so the repair center seems to be the best option at this time, especially if they will repaint the car! What a disaster! I should have chosen Santa Barbara as my delivery center!

I guess I expected too much. But purchasing a car from Tesla has been, without question, the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Compared to Eurocar, Range Rover, and even Ford dealers I’ve purchased from- Tesla is by far the worst. ZERO customer service, my order was messed up multiple times, I was pushed back months for “inspections” and rescheduled multiple times, then at the delivery center I’ve now waited 4 hours past my scheduled appointment. I mean- I hope the car works. But I’m really having second thoughts right now. I hope I don’t regret this- but I guess that’s what the lemon law is for and civil court.

Feedback:

Trying to buy Model S today. Not new. But, the personal was horrible unprofessional. Manager didn't know the simple things about the process, about the car and other important things. Moreover car was in horrible conditions. Dirty inside, smells like old ugly sofa. Do you guys have heard anything about dry cleaning of the car interior? In cheap dealerships are washing cars much better. They sparkle inside and look brand new. You sell a car for $60k as if doing a favor. It's a terrible experience. Why we were offered to sign documents BEFORE car inspection? I realize this is Tesla and even before the trip I know about its functions and configuration. But it is not new, and you must sell it as a work of art. It's not as if you are selling tacos at the corner to everyone who wants to.Why did the manager tell me that it was owned by some celebrity? Is it such a trick? You were poorly taught to sell. If you do not have the right to say the name of this celebrity - just shut up and wash it from the inside. If it really belonged earlier to Danny DeVito - so tell me, the car will be torn off with your hands after 3 minutes.Sale is an art. Especially the sale of Tesla. Why are you in the toilet clogged? A great start to buying expensive cars. Sniff in advance.Porsche, Mercedes or Audi sell their obsolete gasoline cars so well that I WANT to buy. I repeat, 60k is a lot of money. You must respect your buyer. Otherwise, just write at the entrance a huge announcement "Club over 150k only".We did not buy a car today. We are very much disappointed. How do you like it @elonmusk ?
