It's been a week since my "new service install" has been scheduled and frontier keeps pushing it back everyday! If it wasn't the only service available I'd tell them what they can do with themselves in the "dispatch" department

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any type of services. My internet was installed Monday and stopped working Tuesday i was promised someone would be out to fix the problem yesterday missed work missed my appointments for someone to not show up. I recived a text saying someone would be here today called customer service was on the lhone for an hour just for them to tell me no one will be coming out today. Seriously the worst internet provider ever.. I recommend going with another service provider if possible yes it maybe a little pricier but atleast theyll value their customers and will fix the problem you are experiencing... I think who ever the owner is should really look at all these negative comments on here and try their hardest to fix the problem... I havent seen not one good review on about them on here.. And that speaks volumes. If my problem is not fixed by Monday guarantee i will be switching to another service and i will not pay mt bill period!! Mught as well chuck that up for a loss... I will not pay for services that i dis not receive...

I've been having issues with my "High-Speed" Internet for roughly 3 months now.I've had a tech scheduled to come down on 3 different occasions. The first time, the tech was great. Fixed DSL2 right on the spot, and told me if I have issues with DSL1, nust call back, and he would come down and fix it.I was good for about 2 weeks when my internet started disconnecting in the evenings. Had a tech scheduled to come fix it, all he did was show up, tell my wife that he has no idea what's wrong, and left.2 weeks later, the tech that was scheduled didn't even show up, didn't even make an attempt to call me, nothing. A tree had fallen on some powerlines around this time, and when the lines were fixed, so were the internet, it seemed... Until a week later, now, it's off, for what seems to be for good.Throughout all this, I've been demanding that I get a reimbursement for all this time without internet. Their records indicated that I had over 900 disconnects within a month, resulting in being without internet for over 90% of the time!I finally got through to someone to at least push back the billing date until my internet was fixed, but a week after that, I found out that not only did my billing date not change, my bill went from the normal, but still overpriced amount of 40 some bucks, to $74!I would drop them right on the spot, but unfortunately my wife and I use the internet alot, and Frontier is the only provider in my area... I've been so annoyed with Frontier, but I feel they've got the upper hand. When they have no competition, why try and fix it?

Wish I could give negative stars! My internet has been out for over a week and I have talked to 11 tech representatives over the last week. Each of them verify the account different if it’s verified at all. Each of them has assured me that someone would be here each day. Lies! Got a call from the automated system telling me that I have to be home from 12-5 today because the a tech would be here. Called in 3 times today to ensure someone would be here...5:00 got a call from the tech while I was on the phone with representative. He’s running late but will be to my house shortly.Very unhappy customer! So happy there is a new service provider coming to my area. Prodigy triple play! Better price, faster speed (by 5x) and local friendly customer service! Jerry, Moselena, Brian, Rude Rudy, Faye, Sharon, Sarah, Nick. You should all be fired! Can’t wait to fill out the surveys that I have for each of your service!

This is the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Several appointments, three times as many phone calls, and still no service hookup for ridiculous reasons. If there were ANY other internet options for this area, I would have dismissed this company long ago. Seeing how I'm having this many issues even trying to get service hooked up, and the many reviews I have seen/heard from others that are "serviced" by this company, I expect the actual service (pending that I actually get it at some point) will be disappointing to say the least. Please stay away from this company if you have ANY other options.Update 8/17/2018 - Now 6 missed appointments, no calls, nothing. This is beyond absurd. The only reason you are in business in this area is because you are the only provider that services this area.

Stay away from Frontier at all costs. They are without a doubt the worst company in the world! No service, no service calls. My internet works 60% of the time. Now its been out for a week and I've been on the phone for hours with them. They keep hanging up on me...interesting for a telecommunications company

Usually, it's the customer who would schedule an appointment and not show up... Instead I ordered service from Frontier, used my vacation time to be home during the 4 hour installation time window only for them not to show up. Called the next day and cancelled everything. Based on these reviews, they don't seem to care. Thanks for wasting my time!
