They are a headache to work with made my design wrong twice didn't deliver on the promise date on time. Never called me when it was done. They are amateurs at best need to work on customer service first because they remind me of walmart.

I had to order t-shirts for my group tour with a specific color and design. I called Molly from "Full Press Apparel" and she helped me from day one until I picked up my final product. She explained different options available for me helped me make a right decision. The company did a beautiful job on a design and everything was done on a very professional level, final product arrive earlier than expected. Extremely bad service. Took two months for the schools order to be delivered and my part of the order was not in it. I was promised the sweatshirt and t shirt would be delivered ASAP that week. That didn't happen. Then Tuesday was promised, then Wednesday...at this point I still don't have the order. Their excuse was that the order went in before the web site was supposed to be open. Well the website was open and I received a receipt for the order so they were aware for the order. So Full Press makes a mistake and they blame the customer?! Well, I'm still awaiting my order. The weather is cold and my son needed this school jacket this morning and didn't have it. I will definitely suggest that our school find another supplier next year.
