Client Review on Full Press Apparel, Inc.

Feedback:

Extremely bad service. Took two months for the schools order to be delivered and my part of the order was not in it. I was promised the sweatshirt and t shirt would be delivered ASAP that week. That didn't happen. Then Tuesday was promised, then Wednesday...at this point I still don't have the order. Their excuse was that the order went in before the web site was supposed to be open. Well the website was open and I received a receipt for the order so they were aware for the order. So Full Press makes a mistake and they blame the customer?! Well, I'm still awaiting my order. The weather is cold and my son needed this school jacket this morning and didn't have it. I will definitely suggest that our school find another supplier next year.
