Feedback:

Since the day we got with G5 connection speeds vary from 320kbps to 3mbps for the majority of the time and we are paying for 18mbps. Very rarely we get a full day with about 12mbps, sometimes just hours. When we call we always get the run around that everything is fine on their part so it must be on our part and just get told to reset everything. With the connection we normally get I cant do anything so its like I'm paying to still not have internet. Avoid the frustration this company has to offer and dont give them a dime. Not many options out there but I dont recommend this one at all.
