Feedback:

Arranged for 20 or so polo shirts to be done up with reflective logos. The first time we got them back, they weren't heated through enough and began to peel off immediately. There are also burn/melt marks all over all the shirts. We took them back to be "reheated" and some of the shirts are still peeling. Evidently, this was a training issue that was rectified.We also set up hat orders, and finalized a logo and hat model. When we went to make our first order, they told us they no longer have that hat model. They did set us up with an alternative.Having had these issues, GPA was willing to make it right and then some. We will keep our dollars local and support GPA as they continue to meet our needs.
