Client Review on Graphic House, Inc.

Feedback:

Sent in all my info and what i needed done for a broken sign to get fixed. Josh said he would get a quote done for me in a day. 3 weeks later i have been trying to get a hold of josh and waiting for a reply for a quote and just TODAY they tell me there is a $300 fee for a quote because of it being an insurance claim. Jeez wish you guys could have told me sooner so i could have my sign done quicker rather than avoiding me, being ill and out of the office. What a waste of time and no one from graphic house is offering to fix the problem!!!!!
