I have had variable experiences with this company, it started out great with monthly check-ins. Then they stopped being proactive on the check-ins so I would reach out to see what was going on. Then they changed my rep 3 or 4 times- each time the person knew less and was less knowledgeable about my company's needs. This Spring I asked to speak with the management team to provide my feedback and they told me they were busy and no one ever followed-up to respond to my concerns with our business relationship. I reached out recently to terminate our business relationship and all that they wrote back was "it's a 30 day cancellation policy", with no one seeming to care at all. I guess my business was not important enough to them.
