I was going to be in town last Friday and called about 15 minutes before closing on Thursday evening to see about getting help with a failing hard drive and a network issue on Friday. I was told that they didn't help out of town customers only locals so I should try to use Best Buy instead. The lady on the phone didn't want to help someone in need so that is the reason for the low rating. I would prefer to shop local that is why I called Heartland before the big box store. My phone only asked to do a star with no prompts for a comment. My hope is that customer service is better in person vs what I received on the phone as a potential client.
