I received a cold-call from Hibu after trying to update our business information on Bing. After listening to their sales pitch for a few minutes I said "all I was trying to do was update my information on Bing." He responded saying that is "pointless" and I said well then I don't think you can help me. He hung-up on me. Naturally, I was irritated by this so I contacted Hibu customer support to let them know what had just happened to me - again - this was an unsolicited sales call. When I told them what happened, they responded "why would you message us this?" and ended the chat. I saved screenshots and wish I could post them on here. Absolutely terrible sales and customer service. I wouldn't think of doing business with them.
