I’ve been going here for 4 years and would never go anywhere else! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I got my lashes done with Sarah. She did a great job, she took her time, so they looked full, she had a really nice personality too. The salon itself is very nice, very clean. I'm glad this place is close to home.

I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. It was her 4th birthday wish and the ladies there were wonderful ... very patient and sweet and made it quick and simple for her.

Never again!!! They were snobby!! I would NOT recommend this place. I had an appointment for my first time with a stylist who I was referred to. When I got there I was told, and I Quote “she got busy” so they wanted me to see a different stylist. They were very rude and short with me. I guess it doesn’t matter to them who you ask for. I left!!!

I was looking forward to my first appointment at this salon, unfortunately that appointment never happened. I was called by the salon one hour prior to my scheduled appointment time, to inform me that they would need to push my appointment back 30 minutes. I explained that due to having an infant at home, my schedule did not have the flexibility for a change in such short notice. I inquired if the salon could accommodate my schedule, or provide me with an incentive for the inconvenience as a first-time customer.The associate put me on hold and brought my question to the manager. The response I received was, "We do not provide discounts, you can come in at your original appointment time, but you will have to wait."I do appreciate the call to inform me that my appointment would not be on time. However, I do not appreciate the lack of sensitivity and consideration to my situation. I canceled my appointment and will not be making another due to this interaction. Too bad, so sad.
