John was beyond professional and informative. He went above and beyond going over everything in the home. He answered every question we had thoroughly and patiently. Unfortunately, the home had issues that kept us from purchasing but we will not hesitate to call for the next home inspection we need. John took the time to go over every room, point out any issues and ask if I had any questions and moved to the next room to go over everything. The report we received was incredibly detailed and very easy to read and helped us bring the issues to the attention of the seller. Scheduling was a breeze, set up a time online, got a call and John was there before our appointment time looking over the exterior of the home and already had a jump on issues he saw. We highly recommend Home Quest for your home inspection, it was very hard trying to find someone we could trust when we’ve never done something like a home inspection.
