This is now the second time we have had John come and do a home inspection. The first one he did saved us from buying a house that would have been a disaster even after repairs were done. The with second one, and hopefully our HEA, he was again extremely thorough and professional. He also gave me more information than I ever expected. If you want the best, call! I am so glad we did.

Johnny was professional, prompt and informative. He took extra time during the inspection to go over the details of maintenance and his findings. It's amazing what he can find in a home, really professional and provided a great detailed report the same day! Hard worker and very knowledgeable. John was beyond professional and informative. He went above and beyond going over everything in the home. He answered every question we had thoroughly and patiently. Unfortunately, the home had issues that kept us from purchasing but we will not hesitate to call for the next home inspection we need. John took the time to go over every room, point out any issues and ask if I had any questions and moved to the next room to go over everything. The report we received was incredibly detailed and very easy to read and helped us bring the issues to the attention of the seller. Scheduling was a breeze, set up a time online, got a call and John was there before our appointment time looking over the exterior of the home and already had a jump on issues he saw. We highly recommend Home Quest for your home inspection, it was very hard trying to find someone we could trust when we’ve never done something like a home inspection. After meeting John and seeing his report, we’re confident we have found someone we can trust and will always recommend to family and friends.

I was so impressed by John's professional inspection, which was beyond what I expected. I selected Home Quest in website because the inspection report example kept my eyes, which was easy to understand, and provided the detailed and useful information for each of items. When I received and reviewed the report, my expectation was fully satisfied.
