Anyone that thinks customer service is a thing of the past hasn’t met David Cox. David cleaned the roof and sidewalk at my residence in Hamden. From the time he arrived his main concern was my satisfaction. Most results were immediate and the rest would occur with subsequent rain washings, as David explained in advance. Well, we’ve had a few rainstorms and I’m still 100% satisfied!! Dave is personable, professional and fairly priced. He was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend him without hesitation!

Mr. Cox could not be easier to deal with. This is the 3rd time he's come to our house to powerwash the siding and clean the gutters. One time, I had forgotten to turn on the outside spigots from the previous winter. He still cleaned the gutters and said he'd come back to powerwash the house whenever I wanted. His prices are reasonable. His work is excellent. He is punctual and thorough. Not to mention... he's an awfully nice guy. I highly recommend him!

I hired David to clean and inspect the gutters on my 2 story Colonial, as well as repair a broken downspout. He was prompt and thorough with the best price I received from 3 companies. He gave me an overall assessment of the gutters and roof in addition to a fantastic cleaning. David made sure to clean up when he was done and there was no debris. He was also very careful when working to ensure my landscaping was safe. I will happily hire him again and recommend his company without reservation.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic David was . . . not only did he do a great job, but when I asked him about other services and things he was completely honest and said he didn't recommend them even though he could have -- the honesty and candor was refreshing and really appreciated. Dave from Home Services did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on the house. I had many companies clean the gutters over the years, but never has anyone done such a through and professional job. I highly recommend this company.
