Anyone that thinks customer service is a thing of the past hasn’t met David Cox. David cleaned the roof and sidewalk at my residence in Hamden. From the time he arrived his main concern was my satisfaction. Most results were immediate and the rest would occur with subsequent rain washings, as David explained in advance. Well, we’ve had a few rainstorms and I’m still 100% satisfied!! Dave is personable, professional and fairly priced. He was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend him without hesitation!
