I needed a poster for my business so I called them and spoke to Jennifer. She scheduled a meeting for next day. I met with her and went over what I needed. We exchanged contact information. She promised to get back in couple days to give me estimates. A week passed by and still haven’t heard back. I texted and left a voicemail, still no response. I waited anothe week to call again. This time a call rep was able to get me to speak to her. So I asked why the delay, and she just said what did I need again? Oh the estimates! I just told her it was unprofessional and not good for business so I’ll reach out to another company. I would give a zero star if it was possible.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a new printer for my freelance work. Came across them after getting an outstanding quote for a small run. They were very helpful and had an outstanding turn around time. I will be sure to be bringing my business back here.

This place is amazing! I've had a couple of emergencies where I needed vinyl decals rushed for important business events, and even some direct printing . There were also times where I had other companies completely drop the ball at the last minute. ICL Imaging has pulled through for me each and every time, with beautiful work. Even the rush orders I've asked for have been done with the utmost care. I would give them a million stars if I could!
