Client Review on ICL-Imaging

Feedback:

I needed a poster for my business so I called them and spoke to Jennifer. She scheduled a meeting for next day. I met with her and went over what I needed. We exchanged contact information. She promised to get back in couple days to give me estimates. A week passed by and still haven’t heard back. I texted and left a voicemail, still no response. I waited anothe week to call again. This time a call rep was able to get me to speak to her. So I asked why the delay, and she just said what did I need again? Oh the estimates! I just told her it was unprofessional and not good for business so I’ll reach out to another company. I would give a zero star if it was possible.
