You should be ashamed of the incompetence that exists in your customer service department. Our agency has been a partner for nearly a decade. We've been trying to cancel since November, and somehow there is still no "record" of this, even with multiple, and when I say multiple I mean up to 5 separate phone calls with your so-called support staff. We are not under any contract nor have been for years. But somehow you are still trying to charge us over $500 a month until after March. As someone who regularly recommends different software to use for call tracking and digital marketing, you can be sure, I have no interest in recommending the crooks at your establishment.
