I had Derek Billingsley at Image East do a DVD of a once-in-a lifetime trip; and to get it as accurate as i was describing to him, Derek suggested i come sit-in with him as he did it. He worked over every detail perfectly and with great attentive patience. Where in this day & time do you get such amazing customer service?! And the DVD came out PERFECT! The video had chapters, titles. editing, and even captions. Because the price was lower than expected, i almost felt guilty------SUPER place with excellent capabilities! They do it all.
