Beware of Imavex. Our company used a free, open development shopping cart package that simply needed upgrading for mobile friendly formatting. Imavex looked at our site and promised a new site in 90-120 days. After 330 days, we finally had to stop the project as we still had no solutions to several problems, one of which involved being able to update product data. They refused any refunds of our downpayment. The team was great to work with but management was noticeably absent and entirely non-involved. During this long ordeal, they acknowledged the issues that they were having, but not one time did they indicate that anything we were asking for was beyond the original scope. They never requested or even suggested additional fees. In other words, the project was exactly as we had laid out during the quote and discovery process. What caused their failure to complete is unknown. If considering them, be very careful, make no payments until after live date and if you're smart, you might try someone without these kinds of negative reviews. We depended on them and - as nice as they were to work with - it was a complete failure and waste of money for all parties. It was a disappointment that they refused to acknowledge that 330 days later was not a failure and that they were entitled to keep our progress payments. Interesting follow-up: between their google page and Facebook page, they show two different locations. These are website professionals?

IMAVEX led by Gerald and Steve is a class act. They built our custom website many years ago and have continued to provide hosting and updates in coding for us. The site does everything I need it to do and it is really user friendly. The back end pulls everything together for us and wraps all the business we do into our accounting system with Quick books and produces all our important reports for sales management and customer service. We have had and continue to have a great experience with them.Our website was designed and built by IMAVEX and it does everything we need it to do in an excellent way and we have had responsive service and attention when we needed something done

We were introduced to Imavex around 18 years ago when I was on a board of directors for an industry association. At that time we were looking for someone to help us update our website and we turned to the Imavex team to help us make those upgrades. We subsequently chose them for our company to build a website. Their entire team, from the owner to their production and technical people, were outstanding and continue to facilitate our needs to this day. They have also launched an SEO campaign for us that has proved to increase our sales exponentially. It is difficult to find a company that cares as much about their client's success as much as their own. Look no further than Imavex. Great people...great company!

I would not recommend! Asked to have a custom website built that would use current content off current website. Even showed them a competitor mock up and one we designed ourselves off word press. They COPIED both!! They took half our money up front and said they would have up in 60 days, we had to contact them over a month later, because they hadn't even contacted us once. So lost a lot of money for nothing with no money back and they do not care! They want to show you their nice building they work in and you can see where the profits go. Small business this is not the place for you. They want corporate accounts because they will waste time and money.. We gave them chance after chance, they just don't care about their customers. They will find another off the Internet to sell to and take their money for something you can do yourself off word press. Only difference using them is its private software you will have to pay monthly fees and pay for updates to the site that you can't do yourself. Like pics.. I tried using someone local since I own 2 local businesses. I made a big mistake being SOLD TO by this company. Over promise and under deliver.

It took a few years of advertising on-line but it has definitely taken off with great leads. And the number of leads has increased and them seem that they are easier to sell. Imavex built my web site from scratch and helped me zero in on relevant hits

I came across Imavex when looking for companies to redevelop and redesign my company's web page. One of the key factors for hiring a company to do this was being able to build a lasting business partnership. After having met Saher and Gerald I knew Imavex was the company for Hydro-Gear. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of support I get from Saher and the quality of the product Imavex has delivered. There were a few bumps along the way in getting our site launched but Saher stepped in and the support he provided and continues to provide is top notch. Since hiring Imavex to build our site, we've also utilized their video services and to date they've completed 8+ videos for Hydro-Gear. Shane at Imavex is a stand-up, great guy to work with and delivers a great product on time, even under crazy deadlines. I now feel confident that not only does Hydro-Gear have a great site but that we've also found a reliable video production company and it's because of the relationships that Shane and Saher have built with us.
