Scott, Dan, and the entire Crew of Impact Sign are not only professionals they are Innovators. They push the envelope of what is possible in the world of Signs and Impact Graphics! Our firm has had them make banners, signs, printed arrows, printed historical plaques, markers, and a long list of stickers and other things! They are the BEST and I say this having been in this business for 40 years now! GEEZ that is a long time. Let me add that they are a Community Based company- they give to the community, they offer great rates to sports groups and non-profits and I have seen them volunteer time and energy to Hillsboro and our County! If you have not met them, used them, or tapped into their considerable energies you are missing out! 6 Stars from me in a world where 5 Stars is the ceiling!

I use them because I trust them that the products they sell me will be of a quality that will look good and last. They have created hundreds of signs and banners for us, as well as a dozen or more vehicle wraps and some specialty items. I highly recommend the team at Impact Sign!

Dan came into our shop when we opened and introduced himself. Very friendly guy. We had him make some yard signs for us as well as our hanging menu. They nailed the designs that we were looking for, and they got them done promptly.

My company has been working with Impact Sign for several years and they are amazing! We have several projects with them on a weekly basis and they are always responsive, courteous and detailed. They offer creative solutions for all of our signage needs and work with our deadlines. They do whatever it takes to make the job happen and they truly take a "nothing is impossible" approach. It is refreshing to work with a local company as we really get the personal attention on every project. I highly recommend them!

We called a week out to see if they could have decals added to one of our fleet vehicles on a particular day. They said no problem. We then had to have 3 people make travel arrangements as the vehicle had to be transported to another state. I called the day before it was supposed to be done to check in and spoke to the owner, Scott, who said that it would be ready. We didn't hear from them on the day that it was supposed to be ready so i called them at 2pm and again spoke to Scott. He said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. No explanation, no call to give us a warning, nothing. He just asked why we couldn't just pick it up in the morning before it left town which was very condescending.Any sign company can cut and place signs. It was the customer service that we expected to receive (to some degree) which we did not. We did not get a call warning us it wouldn't be ready the day prior or the day of. We did not get an apology on the phone. We did not get an apology when we picked up the vehicle today after we all had to make new arrangements.And this is what is on their website:"Because of our commitment to customer service, no project is too big or small, no timeline unattainable and nothing is impossible."We are obviously too small of a company, our timeline was unattainable and there was no customer service except for the nice lady who answered the phone. We will not be using their services again.
