Client Review on Impact Sign Co

Feedback:

We called a week out to see if they could have decals added to one of our fleet vehicles on a particular day. They said no problem. We then had to have 3 people make travel arrangements as the vehicle had to be transported to another state. I called the day before it was supposed to be done to check in and spoke to the owner, Scott, who said that it would be ready. We didn't hear from them on the day that it was supposed to be ready so i called them at 2pm and again spoke to Scott. He said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. No explanation, no call to give us a warning, nothing. He just asked why we couldn't just pick it up in the morning before it left town which was very condescending.Any sign company can cut and place signs. It was the customer service that we expected to receive (to some degree) which we did not. We did not get a call warning us it wouldn't be ready the day prior or the day of. We did not get an apology on the phone. We did not get an apology when we picked up the vehicle today after we all had to make new arrangements.And this is what is on their website:"Because of our commitment to customer service, no project is too big or small, no timeline unattainable and nothing is impossible."We are obviously too small of a company, our timeline was unattainable and there was no customer service except for the nice lady who answered the phone. We will not be using their services again.
