I went in to the store today to get a wiring harness interface for my truck. I went back home and installed it only to find it didn't work due to a manufactures mess up. I went back to the store and With the help of Justin It was fixed. I did not expect for Justin to do the work that he did. He is a top notch guy that went way above my expectations! Not only did he wire up both harnesses be also found and fixed another issue that he found. Im a very happy customer and would highly recommend Justin to do any repairs

Got my speakers 5 months age and they don't carry any more and DONT NOT HOLD UP TO A HARLEY BIKE AND SAID IT DO NOT HOLD UP BUT STILL SOLD ME ANOTHER ONE WHEN I UP GRADED DO NOT GO TO THEM WHEN U HAVE A HARLEY

Referred by a friend to IA for a replacement head unit for my Vette. My first aftermarket stereo purchase..and I was nervous. Three weeks ago I spoke to Chris for an hour on a busy Saturday. He treated the wife and I like we were the only folks in the store. Answered all questions and helped us make an informed decision. Fast forward to Friday...Anthony did the install...6 hrs + and it was a long day. Encountered a couple of hiccups with programming of the steering wheel controls...but Anthony and Chris worked thru them, presented me with options/solutions, included me in the decision and delivered a quality install. We are very happy and will recommend IA to all our friends. Thanx guys!

I hadn't been in IA since Y2K 1999, and the place looked great.The stoe had all new technology adn was accesible for demos on the show room floor. I was helped by a gentleman who I believe to be the manager of the car sterieo and components installation team. I won't mention names as I do not have permission. He was very knowledgable and straight forward on pricing. He in depth knowledge of the manufacturers from circa mid 90's to current is impressive. Very interesting to listen to . I will be going back for an install .

Laptop audio connection!I went in looking for help getting my laptop computer to connect to my home theater and outdoor speakers. Wasn't sure what the least expensive way to do it would be. Dave and I discussed different options and in the end, a simple $27.00 audio/video cable was the solution. I can now play my entire iTunes library and stream Spotify etc., to my outdoor speakers around the pool! When I'm ready to upgrade my systems for more options, I will definitely being going back to Independence Audio and Dave Frye for help!Thanks again!Shannon S.
