Client Review on Independence Audio

Feedback:

Purchased an extremely high end Kenwood receiver for my vehical. The main feature I was attracted to was the wireless auto android, but soon learned it wasn't working yet with my Samsung 9. I raised the concern, but was told by independence audio that it will soon. I didnt stop there. I called Kenwood and was assured that the next version of Android 9 would have the feature. WELL... guess what! It doesnt and Kenwood is going a different direction in Technology. Independence audio couldn't careless. A better company would stand behind their products and statements.
