Overall Feedback:

I was ripped off for $1,500 by this business. They had originally gave me a quote to design a website for me, but I ended up using them for SEO for my site. They were very convincing of everything they could do for me and made alot of promises. They emailed a large packet of information regarding their business and the services they offer. They were very eager to get my business, however, they did not hold up with their end of our agreement. I starting getting notices that my business was being listed on medical websites and other websites that do not relate at all to my business which is in the wedding industry. They were supposed to email me monthly updates regarding the progress of my SEO and I have received 1 update since March. I began emailing Simon in April regarding my monthly updates and he started making excuses as to why he has not emailed me back along with promises that he will take care of everything right away. . In our agreement they promised if I did not have better links, they would give a 100% refund which I have asked for but have not received. Now they will not respond to my emails at all. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! No matter how convincing they are, they will rip you off!
