Booked a hotel room through Innsight three weeks in advance. 6 days later, I had to cancel. I called Innsight who was very helpful is making the cancellation which included an confirmation. The hotel ended up billing me, and when I called Innsight, they refused to assist me in correcting the billing mistake. They told me that I had to contact the hotel myself. I told them that I booked through them and asked them to do it and they refused. I had the email cancellation confirmation from Innsight. I had to get my bank to do a chargeback because Innsight failed to forward the cancellation to the hotel. Won't book with them again.
