Feedback:

We have had a pleasant experience with this company. they installed the satellite on the roof, which I did not think they were willing to put it on the roof. take reviews with a grain of salt, because when I read these reviews, I thought the service would be horrible. We got the exact opposite of these reviews.

It was horrible…. I wished I had a more powerful word! .... Oh, my goodness this company Insight Satellite feels and knows they can be rude, hateful, and determine the outcome of an order “Hughes Net placed” for me when I called them to address our needs and concerns about the systems at our home. Please listen before you let them on your property. Only contractors in the area of (336 ) and I think further for Hughes Net …you will get them. They are even more hateful and condescending in the office true conniving brawlers I am still in shock, this was not their first time, so they felt in powered telling me…. he took pictures, pictures of the outside of house pictures ????and how my system was in no need of repair … , as I found out when I called the office to tell them how the man treated me thinking there had been a mistake ???. (refusing to do the work order was okay, the office said like he "said no" even though he had a work order from his company ordered by and from Hughes Net I did not need to make them they had a work order I am so confused and pictures ??? Insight Satellite dealer who does or are subs contracted for workers, THEY ARE NOT HUGHES NET even if they wear a tee shirt and hat. The guy wore a Hughes Net shirt and cap he is not Hughes Net he is a worker for Insight Satellite, his name Charles Clark L. Charles Clark talking to me as if I were trash, and with no rights in my own home or about my home, which by the way he was told not to come into house wait by me Edith Roberts. I on the phone calling Hughes Net again about this company and what was going on when a child let hi, Charles in and said wait here in the foyer, then he comes “at me” in my kitchen, saying I am not doing the work order, as I told him, ask him softly, I will be with you in a minute, please. I am on the phone with Hughes Net.I had to tell him….. so yes, he was told leave after that. And if you call the office you will be told rudely you were in the wrong, and you need an electrician or some excuse. They will not do the order unless they feel you need it, even though the office at Insite Satellite confirmed….. Hughes Net’s order …..for work for me a day before, told why they were coming because this was the “second guy” the same company, “sent for the same job” “I called to confirm order and Hughes Net did to send same order twice .” (the work order was to put a rod in ground to ground the dish system from my electrical box Hughes Net and DirecTV put there when service was ordered “just the outside of the box” was being used as a ground a small hole and the wires were put on the just the “outside metal box”We did not feel safe with that, so we ask Hughes Net to please ground the system with its own ground rod, they said yes….. but electrical box could be used like that for a ground, but we said please move so we knew for sure the lighting would not blow up our electrical box if the dishes got hit, and to move the Wi-Fi out of the bedroom so we could sleep I would or might have to buy extra wire if there was not enough for the move I said okay. Insight Satellite was informed by me and HughesNet why they were coming, because this was the second guy Insight Satellite had sent same order that was not done but he was very nice and left HughesNet said they were the only people in area who they contracted) Horrible thing is HughesNet keep sending the same company every time so I had to cancel not to deal with Insight Satellite HughesNet said they would check into the problem and I had a thought am I the only one ??? All REVIEWS ARE THE SAME BAD COMPANY ….Here on FB, I see in bold letter “”””HUGHES NET “””” They are not Hughes Net, but a dealer who is rude and ugly, just plain mean and using Hughes Net for power WHY??? I A STILL GUESSING! “True conniving brawlers” I looked a name up on google for this company. Oh, and when they put your system in “””you have rights to where things go””after that you have no rights.

These people could not get the Hughes Satelite network to work. Everyone just pointed the finger to the other person. They also took my old router and said I needed to purchase a new router which I did. I had to wind up cancelling my service with Hughes as we never got it to work and now I am without my old router. Very sketchy company and I do not recommend them at all.

Worst ever!!!! Technician shows up 30 mins late, no phone call to let me know he is going to be late. Comes into my home ask where I want the satelite dish and where he can drill a hole through my floor to install the cable. I show him where to drill the hole, all goes well. I tell him the directv satelite in our flowerbed is inactive and to use that pole and just remove the dish, he says ok and does not come back in until the job is complete. All the while I am working on my computer as my time was already wasted waiting for this gentleman during my appointment time. He comes in and ask me to sign his phone, there is nothing for me to read to know what I am signing, he says you are just signing that I did not charge you for this installation and that it is hooked up and working. I sign twice on his phone. I walk outside to see that he did not use the directv pole, and he has dug out a huge spot in my flower bed and installed a dish right in eyesight of my front porch! I immediately question as to why he has done this. He responds and their poles are bigger and he is not allowed to take up an old pole so he installed theirs right next to it. I walk over and said "I wish you would have asked me before hand as you dug up one of my plants and I never would have had you place the pole there!" He responds if we want the pole moved we need to contact Hughesnet and we will be charged a fee for moving the pole. I call the manager of this company and she argues with me that she called him and he says I went outside and told him to place the pole exactly where it is and that I signed off before he did it. Who in there right mind tells someone to dig up right next to their plants and pour concrete!!! This is ridiculous!!! I am so angry with this company and their service. I will be notifying Hughesnet of this experience and all that this company has made us go through!
