Client Review on International Video & Electo

Ordered once in 2011 and had had an OK experience even though the service was sub-par on the phone. They are always willing to book an order but much less helpful when the product hasn't arrived or doesn't work as expected. This time, I ordered and received a player that was missing a number of features listed. Upon calling, they offered me to return the player and send me a new one (that was in November). They claim they have never received it and cannot track it unless I provide a tracking number. When I called them again at 4:25PT today, they said they were closing asking me to call AGAIN tomorrow. I have had it with these $%^%#%!
