Client Review on Internet City Computers

Surface Laptop completely died on me while using it. I've never seen anything like it. I tried to fix it myself by searching the internet on what was wrong. I actually got to a point a few times where I thought i had it figured out, but it would fail. I finally gave up and took it in to internet city. Dropped it off and the next day my computer was as good as new. A virus infected the Laptop and was preventing any type of work around to repair windows.
