Client Review on Internet City Computers

I try to shop local and patronize the mom and pop businesses as much as possible. Shipping my computer off to be repaired or waiting for the youngsters at Best Buy's computer repair is NOT an option. I stumbled upon Internet City at their old location on Ford and followed them to their new location on Warren. The owner, Steve, has repaired my computers multiple times now and has always resolved the problems quickly, professionally, and without loss of any files. Each time, he has managed to save me a lifetime of frustration and retrieved files and emails that I would be lost without. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair and reasonable with his repair prices. I also appreciate the fact that I can ask him for advice on a particular question I may have about a computer or a type of software and he always provides great advice. If you want someone who is competent, isn't trying to sell you equipment or services you don't need, and is honest and gets your computer or laptop back up and running like a charm, then Internet City is the place to take your computer to.
