Llived there from 2011till 2016. Kept getting sicker and sicker. Black mold from water leak from upstairs and outside wall. Paid rent everytime on time. They sold the property 5 time's when i lived there. Lucky to B-Alive.

why dont the school buses go into to the parking lot to pick up the 60 kids that wait for it right beside a major busy street, very unsafe and stopping all that traffic on both sides of the street. very stupid on apartments side and school bus side

I currently live here the office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is friendly but there is a huge bug issue. Also that use a cheap paint on the walls so if you need to wipe your walls down from dirt the paint will come off as well but as far as the rent it is fair and the Gazebo is very nice I love the creek behind my apartment I would give them a 5-star review if we didn't have a bug issue and they use a higher quality paint on the walls

1. The community is constantly noisy throughout the evening and early in the morning. Even after putting in MULTIPLE noise complaints, the staff still did not fix the noise issues. The staff is not the most welcoming. With all the complaints I hear from residents, they should be willing to help a lot more. I notice management trying to make this community living better, but it’s a poor job. 2. The Walls are super thin. Don’t move into this apartment complex, but if you do, don’t get on the bottom floor as you will hear everything above you. All the foot walking, all the music playing. I mean super thin! 3. Maintenance- are you all really maintenance? Because I’ve put in numerous requests for things to be fixed, resolved, and cleaned. I have yet to get proper results where I felt safe and satisfied with the service. You all constantly come into my apartment without proper notice, and then leave it a mess. specific incident where maintenace came in, changed the bathroom fixtures that the apartment complex wanted to do, that I wasn’t aware of, and left the bathroom an utter mess. I came home disgusted to the point where I could not be home for a few days. Oh and let me add that this complex is infested with all types of bugs. I’ve heard it from multiple tenants. I’ve had multiple different neighbor(s) move in and out in the last year, which tells me that they were unsatisfied. 4. The trash valet service is the WORST! Pay 25$ for what? I should be able to take out trash when I want to. I’m not going to have trash in my house for 2 days (no pick ups Friday and Saturday) so I will leave it outside until then. 5. The outside upkeep. Just not pleasing to the eye. Not what it looked like when I first moved in. 6. Listen, spend the money to live somewhere nice. This place isn’t worth the lower cost. I recommend you keep looking! Do not move in.

I’ve lived in these apartments for a few months now. I have had multiple maintenance issues, which were fixed but shouldn’t have been problems to begin with. Such as my dish washer falling out from underneath the counter. A hole in my ceiling in my living room from a squirel (which is an on going problem with every resident in that apartment apparently). Now my apartment is infested with spiders, I find multiple of them each day (large ones). Mostly in the master bedroom / bathroom so I refuse to use my shower. There’s a new spider in there everyday. And many other bugs. The office staff never answers the phone or they’re always broken. It’s june and the pool still isn’t open and the office staff has a new reason every time as to why it’s not. If you come home anytime after 6 PM forget finding a parking spot near your apartment. The staff is friendly but doesn’t actually take care of anything.
