Feedback:

I’ve lived in these apartments for a few months now. I have had multiple maintenance issues, which were fixed but shouldn’t have been problems to begin with. Such as my dish washer falling out from underneath the counter. A hole in my ceiling in my living room from a squirel (which is an on going problem with every resident in that apartment apparently). Now my apartment is infested with spiders, I find multiple of them each day (large ones). Mostly in the master bedroom / bathroom so I refuse to use my shower. There’s a new spider in there everyday. And many other bugs. The office staff never answers the phone or they’re always broken. It’s june and the pool still isn’t open and the office staff has a new reason every time as to why it’s not. If you come home anytime after 6 PM forget finding a parking spot near your apartment. The staff is friendly but doesn’t actually take care of anything.
